About the role
We are a reputed law firm in Kochi specializing in corporate litigation. We are expanding our taxation wing and seek an experienced Advocate to handle tax litigation matters at both adjudication and appellate levels.
Key responsibilities
- Draft replies to tax notices, appeals, writs and legal opinions.
- Conduct in‑depth legal research and prepare case notes.
- Represent clients in tax litigation proceedings before courts and tribunals.
- Assist senior partners with strategy formulation for tax disputes.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of active legal practice as an Advocate.
- Experience in tax litigation and corporate law is essential.
- Strong analytical abilities and independent judgment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Kochi.
