Advanced Business Analyst II

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Advanced Business Analyst II to support its Distribution business across Retail and Institutional Asset Management. You will work closely with business and technology teams to turn data needs into actionable insights and reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand end‑to‑end distribution processes and data flows, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document and validate data requirements with business stakeholders.
• Query Snowflake and other databases to extract, analyze and verify data.
• Run APIs for data integration and validation.
• Analyze data‑quality issues, propose remediation, and ensure consistency across reports, dashboards and applications.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical instructions for engineering teams.
• Support Product Owners in backlog prioritisation, scope management and Agile ceremonies.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior and junior colleagues across business and technology functions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of asset‑management distribution processes.
• Proven ability to capture and align requirements with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments and supporting Product Owners.
• Effective communication with both senior and junior team members.
