Admission Counselor - Work from Home

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Admission Counselor who can guide prospective students through the admissions journey. The role combines personalized academic counseling with a sales‑driven approach to help candidates choose suitable programs and complete enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized academic and career counseling, answering queries on courses, eligibility, fees and scholarships.
• Educate prospects about program features, pedagogy and career outcomes.
• Generate and manage a sales pipeline through cold‑calling and inbound inquiries.
• Convert leads into enrollments while meeting monthly targets.
• Handle applications, maintain clear communication with parents and follow up on enrollment confirmations.
• Maintain accurate counseling records in the CRM and expand the prospect database.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor programs and emerging career opportunities.

Required profile

• Any UG/PG degree (Education, Psychology or related field).
• 2‑5 years of overall work experience, with 2‑4 years in academic counseling, career guidance or admissions.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to work six days a week with a rotating weekly off, combining remote and office work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools (any).
