About the role
Join Leap Gymnastics Academy, a pioneering gymnastics centre backed by JSW Sports, as the Admin Coordinator and Front Desk Manager in Delhi. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, bookings, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process booking inquiries via phone, email, or in‑person, maintaining an accurate scheduling system.
- Develop and manage the master class schedule, coordinating with instructors and handling substitutions or conflicts.
- Provide detailed information on class schedules, pricing, and facility features to prospective and existing clients.
- Address client concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, preparing contracts, waivers, and registration forms.
- Maintain inventory of gymnastics equipment and ensure supplies are replenished.
Required profile
- A university or college degree in management or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer‑service role, preferably within a sports or recreational setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
