Accounts Trainee – Entry Level Accounting Role

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Trainee to join our fast‑growing travel BPO team. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a solid foundation in accounting within a dynamic, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in billing, invoicing, and preparation of financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and generate regular reports.
• Support senior accountants in daily accounting operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify financial data.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required profile

• B.Com, BBA, M.Com or MBA (Commerce background).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
