Accounts Payable Helpdesk – Night Shift (Noida)

About the role

The Accounts Payable Helpdesk position supports the finance team during night hours, ensuring timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments. This full‑time, office‑based role is based in Noida and requires strong attention to detail and adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, reviewing and verifying invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships and address inquiries about payment status or discrepancies.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, packing slips, and other supporting documents.
• Assign correct general‑ledger codes and enter data accurately into the accounting system.
• Prepare and execute vendor payments via checks, electronic transfers, or credit cards.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bookkeeper level staff with a CMA certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle high‑volume transaction processing.
