Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

The Accounts Payable Analyst will work closely with executive leadership of a US NASDAQ listed company, handling invoice processing, vendor payments, and month‑end reconciliation for the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices from vendors and suppliers.
• Understand and apply India vendor withholding tax percentages and deductions.
• Process vendor payments in accordance with company policies.
• Reconcile payable reports each month to ensure accuracy of amounts paid.
• Resolve payment or invoice discrepancies and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare monthly and annual schedules for balance‑sheet reporting.
• Assist in managing internal, external, and SOX audits.

Required profile

• B.Com or MBA in Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
