Accounts Head – Finance Team Lead

About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Head to lead our finance team in a fast‑growing snacks manufacturing company based in Kochi. The successful candidate will oversee the full accounting cycle, ensure statutory compliance, and support strategic financial decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Finalise books of accounts and prepare financial statements.
- Assist with statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations and produce regular financial reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors and senior management on financial matters.
Required profile
- CA Inter qualification with completed articleship.
- Relevant experience in accounting and audit support preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
