Accounts Executive (Finance & Accounting)

About the role

RAS, a globally recognised luxury skincare brand, is expanding its finance team in Raipur. We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Executive to maintain accurate financial records, support reporting, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain financial records in line with company policies and local accounting standards.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings and reporting.
• Prepare timely financial statements and management reports.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure correct revenue recognition and inventory valuation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory audits and internal policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA preferred).
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in luxury, retail, cosmetics or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP and tax regulations.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience using Tally ERP.
