Accountant (Zoho Books & Multi-currency Expertise)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping and accounting across our group of companies. You will work with Zoho Books and handle multi‑currency transactions for clients in India, the UAE and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping in Zoho Books for all entities.
• Close the books monthly on a fixed date and prepare profit & loss, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Ensure GST and TDS compliance for India and VAT compliance for the UAE.
• Issue invoices to US and international clients, track and follow up payments.
• Reconcile payments received via Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, Razorpay and Upwork.
• Manage multi‑currency accounts and support month‑end closing.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho Books; familiarity with Tally or QuickBooks is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Indian and UAE accounting regulations, including GST, TDS and VAT.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements and spot discrepancies.
• Clear written English for client communication.
