Audit Executive

About the role

The Audit Executive will support the internal audit function at Adani Shantigram, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal control standards. The role involves hands‑on audit activities, analysis of accounting processes, and collaboration with finance teams to improve governance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document audit engagements covering financial statements, internal controls and operational processes.
• Assess compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Identify risk areas, recommend corrective actions and follow‑up on implementation.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Maintain audit workpapers in accordance with professional standards.

Required profile

• Inter CA or CA Finalist; candidates not pursuing further qualifications are preferred.
• Prior experience in audit, accounting, internal controls or related financial processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Practical, hands‑on experience with SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
