Accountant – Real Estate & Hospitality

About the role

Nurall is seeking a hands‑on Accountant to oversee the financial operations of its real‑estate development projects and the Lokastays hospitality portfolio. The role is based on‑site near Puducherry and reports directly to the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day accounting, ledgers, bank reconciliations and financial records.
• Manage project‑wise accounting for real‑estate developments, including vendor bills, contractor payments, customer collections and construction costs.
• Handle accounting for hospitality operations, covering room revenue, OTA settlements, expenses, petty cash and property‑level reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash‑flow statements, budgets and financial summaries for the founders.
• Track receivables, payables, statutory payments and vendor balances.
• Coordinate GST, TDS, payroll, audits, tax filings and other compliance requirements with external consultants.
• Maintain accurate invoices, contracts, vouchers and supporting documentation.
• Support budgeting, cost control and financial planning across projects and hospitality properties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• 3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in real‑estate, construction or hospitality.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable and comfortable working directly with the founders.
• Willing to work on‑site Monday to Saturday from the Nurall office near Puducherry.
