Accountant – Real Estate (Bhopal)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day‑to‑day financial operations for our real‑estate clients. The role involves full‑time, on‑site work in Punjabi Bagh, Bhopal, and requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and accounting records for real‑estate projects.
• Handle GST, TDS and Income Tax filings and related documentation.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, journal entries and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of GST and TDS returns.
• Coordinate audit activities and ensure timely statutory filings.
• Generate financial reports and MIS as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong background in real‑estate accounting.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with accounting software, preferably Tally.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage compliance activities.
