Accountant – Jaipur

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Accountant to join The Wellness Shop’s finance team in Jaipur. The role focuses on managing daily accounting operations, maintaining precise financial records, and ensuring full compliance with Indian statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities and keep accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Maintain books of accounts using Tally software.
• Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring GST compliance.
• Deduct and reconcile TDS as per statutory requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports and supply financial data for management review.
• Perform bank reconciliations and scrutinize ledgers.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Required profile

• Good understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory regulations.
• Experience handling GST, TDS and related statutory filings.

• Tally accounting software
