Accountant – E‑Commerce (Onsite – Mysore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our e‑commerce operations at our warehouse in Hebbal, Mysore. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end bookkeeping, tax compliance, inventory accounting, and preparing key financial reports for both domestic and export sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain statutory documentation and perform bookkeeping in Zoho Books.
• Record all transactions, including receivable and payable entries, and finalize accounts.
• Conduct bank and inventory reconciliations and manage vendor payments.
• Calculate and file advance tax, GST, TDS, and professional tax.
• Prepare monthly profit & loss statements by marketplace and product, cash‑flow and fund‑flow statements, and quarterly balance sheets.
• Ensure audit readiness and generate additional reports as required.
• Produce regular invoices, pro‑forma invoices, and credit notes.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• Fluent English communication.
• Prior experience with Zoho Books and e‑commerce accounting preferred.
