About the role

We are seeking a diligent Accountant & Bookkeeper to manage our financial records, ensure timely tax compliance, and support audit activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in financial accounting and be comfortable handling Indian tax filings as well as understanding US tax structures.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare and file TDS and GST returns accurately and on schedule.
Assist in tax audit processes and provide required documentation.
Support preparation of financial statements and reports.
Interpret and apply US tax regulations where relevant.

Required profile

Academic qualifications such as BCom, BBA, MBA, MCom or CA (appearing or dropout) are preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

Strong knowledge of financial accounting.
Hands‑on experience with TDS and GST returns filing.
Experience with tax audit procedures.
Understanding of US tax structure.
