Vice President Internal Audit

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President of Internal Audit to lead our audit function in Pune. The role will oversee complex audit engagements across local and global operations, ensuring robust internal controls within the asset management domain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex audits and special investigations across all business areas and locations.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control environment in line with the Internal Audit Methodology.
• Contribute to the development and execution of audit plans that support functional and business strategies.
• Guide and mentor audit teams, including Internal Audit Managers, throughout audit cycles.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in internal audit, preferably within the asset management sector.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi‑disciplinary audit teams.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and audit methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
