Account Manager – SB (Telecom Sales)

About the role

The Account Manager – SB will act as the primary point of contact for Airtel customers in the assigned territory, driving sales and service across Data, Voice, Broadband and Fixed Line solutions. You will be responsible for growing both market share and revenue through new business acquisition and cross‑selling to existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Data, Voice and Fixed Line installations against assigned targets.
• Identify and acquire new accounts (hunting) for all product lines.
• Cross‑sell multiple products to existing and new customers.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel with defined maturity levels.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and plan sales interventions.
• Negotiate and close contracts to maximise revenue.
• Develop new business through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 1‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Age up to 30 years.
• Experience in ISP/SI, telco, wireline, IT/ITeS, BFSI or relationship‑based selling.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MPLS and Cloud services.
• Understanding of Internet bandwidth products.
