Account Manager – Nutrition & Wellness

About the role

The Account Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Noida, responsible for managing and growing relationships with individual and institutional customers of X2 Nutrition Zone. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and recommending suitable nutrition and wellness products.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, track orders and coordinate with internal teams on inventory and delivery.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain accurate account records.
• Monitor account performance, prepare basic sales reports and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Support in‑store promotions and contribute to a positive customer experience aligned with company standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management and account coordination.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Organizational, time‑management and follow‑up skills with attention to detail.
• Interest or background in nutrition, fitness, or wellness is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Noida and collaborate effectively with team members.
