Account Manager

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is expanding its restaurant partner network across India and is looking for an Account Manager to join the team in Indore. You will be responsible for onboarding new restaurant partners, nurturing existing relationships, and driving growth of the Dine‑out business in your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and manage 70‑80 restaurant partner accounts, ensuring accurate Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high image coverage.
• Conduct regular visits with partners to present Dine‑out plans, promotions, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align offers, marketing activities, and event go‑lives.
• Resolve transaction issues such as diner payout denials to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Analyze dashboard data, share performance insights with partners, and develop customized growth plans.
• Monitor competitor activity and ensure partner investments remain competitive in discounts, commissions, and advertising.
