Bidding Expert – Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and target‑driven BDE – Bidding Expert to generate new business opportunities through project bidding and convert them into successful IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant IT projects through Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.
• Research client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
• Communicate with potential clients and understand their project requirements.
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into projects.
• Manage the sales process from bidding to negotiation and deal closure.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with technical teams for proposals, estimates, and project requirements.
• Achieve monthly bidding, conversion, and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in IT bidding / Business Development.
• Proven experience in bidding and winning IT projects.
• Good understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software, AI/ML, SaaS, etc.
• Strong proposal writing, communication, negotiation, and client‑handling skills.
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
