Sales Executive – Business Development (Indore)

About the role

The Sales Executive at bmpl is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Indore. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, conduct client meetings and presentations, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Close deals, maintain accurate sales records, and update the CRM or other tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
• Participate in sales reviews, planning sessions, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to conduct basic market research and analyze industry trends.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, willing to work on‑site in Indore and travel locally as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, with prior sales or business‑development experience.
