2nd Level Support Analyst – Order-to-Cash (SAP S/4HANA)

About the role

We are looking for a 2nd Level Support Analyst specialized in Order-to-Cash processes on SAP S/4HANA. Based in Hyderabad, you will join a growing S/4HANA AMS team and work in an ITIL‑aligned environment to analyse incidents, identify root causes and deliver reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve incidents related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing and output.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration points with MM, FI/CO, TM and EDI flows, including CPI, API and Kafka streams.
• Read system logs, ABAP traces and debugging output to pinpoint technical issues.
• Document tickets accurately, follow escalation procedures and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Standard and Clean Core principles, avoiding custom work‑arounds.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (SD) processes.
• Understanding of ITIL incident handling and structured problem analysis.
• Ability to work methodically, service‑oriented and reliable in documentation.
• Willingness to deepen expertise in SAP standards and integration technologies.
