About the role

The Hyatt Centric Hebbal in Bangalore is seeking a friendly and professional Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering consistent, high-quality service to guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, including table settings and service areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to maximize satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and a courteous attitude.
