Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for various roles and industries. The position is fully remote and offers a performance‑based incentive on successful hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment across multiple mandates, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases and other channels.
• Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews to assess suitability, salary expectations and notice periods.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain regular follow‑up with candidates and provide timely updates to clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers and ensure a professional experience for both candidates and clients.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and telephonic interviewing abilities.
• Strong coordination, follow‑up and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment mandates and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
