Supply Chain & Logistics Leader

About the role

The Supply Chain & Logistics Leader ensures that all parts and materials needed for the final assembly line of helicopters are available on time. Working closely with production, work preparation and operational procurement, the role prevents shortages and keeps the assembly process running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous availability of parts at the final assembly station, addressing missing items promptly.
• Monitor part flow, identify errors, losses or damages, and anticipate potential disruptions.
• Report missing or delayed parts and propose alternative solutions to avoid production delays.
• Serve as the primary liaison between production, the platform team and the Operational Procurement Officer.
• Communicate critical part requirements to procurement and ensure timely actions.
• Collaborate with foremen and work‑preparation teams to resolve technical issues affecting part availability.
• Identify supply‑chain risks, work with procurement to secure commitments, and implement mitigation measures.
• Provide regular reports on parts availability, material flow, and any discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain management within a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably aerospace or helicopter industry.
• Experience handling parts management and coordinating with production and procurement teams.
