Sr AI Engineer, Agentic AI Solutions

About the role

Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise‑scale Agentic AI solutions across Voice, Email, Chat, and Digital channels. Build intelligent AI agents and autonomous workflows on AWS and Azure that transform customer and business operations through automation, orchestration, and AI‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop Agentic AI solutions, frameworks, and reusable AI components.
• Design and deploy AI agents for voice, email, agent assist, and commercial/customer operations.
• Build cloud‑native AI solutions using AWS and Azure services.
• Implement large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, and multi‑agent workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Genesys, ServiceNow, and data platforms.
• Establish AI governance, observability, monitoring, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor AI engineering teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years building GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in Python and cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure).
