Service Delivery Manager – Platform

About the role

The Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager will lead the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of Bosch's platform infrastructure across both cloud and on‑premises environments. This role acts as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and external providers to ensure reliable, scalable, and cost‑effective services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery and management of servers, storage, virtualization, networks, databases, and platform services in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premises data centers.
• Manage operations teams and service providers to meet SLAs and KPIs, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders on performance, escalations, and governance.
• Collaborate with application, cybersecurity, and business units to align infrastructure with transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, optimization, and user‑experience enhancements.
• Handle capacity planning, patching, upgrades, refresh programs, and technology modernization.
• Maintain compliance with ITIL best practices, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident, problem, change, and release management processes and coordinate disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity testing.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third‑party service agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure services in hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of service‑level management, operational governance, and ITIL processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and business audiences.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive improvement initiatives.
