Senior ServiceNow Analyst

About the role

The Senior ServiceNow Analyst will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support ITSM, Service Catalog, workflow automation, and asset management. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, the analyst will translate requirements into scalable configurations while ensuring platform health and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Design and implement workflows, Flow Designer automations, and Integration Hub connections.
• Customize Service Portal pages, widgets, and catalog experiences to improve self‑service.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, including connections to Azure/Entra ID, HR systems, and ERP platforms.
• Support CMDB maintenance, CSDM‑aligned configurations, and Software Asset Management processes.
• Perform platform administration tasks: user management, role assignments, ACL upkeep, MID Server monitoring, and update set deployments.
• Participate in upgrades, testing (unit, regression, ATF), and post‑release validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, produce technical documentation, and support Agile delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration experience.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and Service Catalog management.
• Proven ability to work with business owners and technical teams to deliver solutions.
