Senior Sales Officer

About the role

The Senior Sales Officer will be based in Aligarh and will lead sales growth for Wolverine Foods Limited’s food product portfolio. Reporting to the sales manager, the role focuses on expanding the customer base, managing key accounts and ensuring high‑level service across distributors, retailers and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
• Execute channel sales strategies, manage distributor and retail networks, and oversee order processing, follow‑ups and reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and institutional clients, delivering excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to improve products and sales tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales operations, channel sales and FMCG or food product sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts, meet sales targets and work independently in the field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
