Senior HR Business Partner – Delhi NCR

About the role

The individual will implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. The role requires handling high volumes of tasks with minimal supervision, anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, and organizing logistics while serving as the go‑to partner for all HR‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Examine situations thoroughly, mitigate personal biases, and make high‑judgment decisions that align with policy intent while minimizing risk.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and compliance with laws and regulations, escalating when needed.
• Prioritize employee experience, addressing safety, pay, scheduling and quickly resolving critical issues.
• Participate in talent development and management processes, coaching leaders on career growth and performance discussions.
• Use data and metrics to identify trends, anticipate business needs and implement action plans focused on employee experience and organizational health.
• Set culture and talent goals with business leaders, regularly reviewing data and creating action plans to improve diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Partner with recruitment to onboard new associates based on business forecasts and support hiring initiatives.
• Implement new policies, procedures and programs that support the business and maintain statutory compliance.
• Act as first point of contact for employee grievances, conducting investigations in partnership with HR Business Partners.
• Provide MIS support for attrition analysis, prepare dashboards, and drive engagement initiatives such as buddy programs, voice of employee surveys and round‑tables.
• Collaborate with HRBPs on career pathing sessions, support L&D in training needs assessments, and conduct vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of human resources leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
• Experience supporting hourly employee groups in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing or call‑center environments (preferred).
