Senior Finance Analyst - Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Senior Finance Analyst – Accounts Receivable will manage the end‑to‑end invoicing process, ensure accurate billing and support cash‑flow management for our client finance team in Gurugram.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer invoices using Ariba and JD Edwards (JDE E1) systems.
• Review and validate purchase orders, contracts and delivery receipts.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Generate and distribute recurring invoices according to schedule.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile billing accounts and prepare month‑end reports.
• Maintain funding logs, perform reconciliations and handle query tracking.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and accounting teams to resolve issues.
• Support audit processes by providing required documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for billing operations.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Motivated, proactive and able to work methodically under tight deadlines.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving processes.
