Senior Data Analyst – Hotel Supply

About the role

MakeMyTrip’s Hotels division is looking for a senior‑level Data Analyst to drive insights for the Independent Hotels segment. You will translate large, complex data sets into actionable recommendations that support supply growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights and lead multiple analytics projects to boost hotel supply performance.
• Collaborate with Category, Revenue, Product and other cross‑functional teams to address business needs.
• Create high‑impact qualitative and quantitative analyses for leadership reviews and business agendas.
• Identify and define process‑improvement opportunities to scale the supply function.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to uncover new opportunities and inform strategy.
• Work closely with management to prioritize goals and deliver data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate with 2‑6 years of experience in analytics, growth management or business analysis, preferably in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and proven track record of turning data into business impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder management.
