About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barista/Cook to join our modern neighborhood coffee shop in Greater Noida. You will be part of a team that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere where customers can relax and enjoy high‑quality coffee and simple, tasty bites.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and a variety of food items.
• Take customer orders, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to keep service fast and efficient.

Required profile

• Proficient barista skills, including brewing coffee and preparing specialty beverages.
• Experience in food preparation with attention to detail and quality.
• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask and stay positive.
• Prior experience in a café or restaurant is a plus.
• Interest in coffee and food culture is an advantage.
