About the role
The Assistant Manager – Front Desk supports the strategic management of the Front Office at a Hilton hotel, ensuring all guest interactions meet brand standards. You will oversee the Front Desk, Transportation, Concierge, and telephone service teams while delivering exceptional service to every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the registration process, inputting guest information, assigning rooms, and issuing electronic keys.
- Promote Hilton marketing programs such as Hilton Honors and communicate guest benefits.
- Accurately record guest charges, process payments, and handle foreign‑currency conversions.
- Greet guests warmly, respond to inquiries, and provide information on hotel amenities, VIP programs, and events.
- Handle special guest requests and coordinate with relevant team members for resolution.
- Participate in training sessions and on‑the‑job coaching to maintain service standards.
- Contribute ideas for operational improvements and support the Executive Floor team.
