Housekeeping Associate – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Housekeeping Associate ensures guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑maintained and ready for guests at a luxury resort. You will work closely with other hotel departments to deliver a high‑standard hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests.
• Transport and stock housekeeping carts with supplies.
• Enter guest rooms following security procedures and verify vacancy.
• Replace amenities, supplies, linens and towels with clean items.
• Make beds, fold towels and clean bathrooms.
• Remove trash, dirty linen and room‑service items.
• Inspect room appliances for presence and proper operation.
• Dust, polish, vacuum carpets and perform floor‑care duties in rooms and hallways.
• Maintain uniform cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards and follow all safety policies.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior housekeeping experience required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and heavier items with assistance.
• Capability to push/pull a loaded cart on uneven surfaces.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel and bend for extended periods.
