Hotel Housekeeping Associate

About the role

Join the housekeeping team at a leading hotel in Bengaluru’s IT corridor. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, change linens, replenish toiletries, and restock amenities.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain lobbies, hallways, and other public areas to high cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or cleaning services.
• Collect, deliver, and manage guest laundry according to hotel procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping inventory, report shortages, and ensure proper storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning standards.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Good communication skills and a courteous attitude toward guests.
