Sales Executive (Solar EPC & Retail)

About the role

Dwibros Infracon Private Limited (DIPL) is expanding its solar business into retail projects across India. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive both EPC and retail solar solutions in the Gorakhpur region, engaging commercial and residential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads, managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
• Promote DIPL’s solar EPC and retail offerings through client meetings, site visits, presentations, and detailed proposals.
• Negotiate terms, prepare quotations and ensure smooth hand‑over to engineering and project teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track market trends and support broader business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business‑development abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management and deal negotiation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client presentations and relationship management.
• Basic technical understanding of solar energy solutions and EPC projects, able to translate technical details for customers.
• Organizational skills for territory planning, time management and thorough documentation of sales activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field (preferred) and prior experience in solar, renewable energy or construction sales (advantageous).
• Willingness to work on‑site, travel within the region and familiarity with the local market.

Required skills
