Sales Executive – Marketing, Sales & IT Solutions

About the role

The Sales Executive role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dwarka. You will identify and qualify leads, deliver sales presentations and manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle for Technocratiq Digital’s marketing, sales and IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships across BFSI, Healthcare and Energy sectors.
• Understand sector‑specific needs and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
• Represent the company at meetings, events and client sites while seeking new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven ability in lead generation, prospecting and pipeline management.
• Experience in consultative, solution‑based selling, preferably within BFSI, Healthcare or Energy.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and objection‑handling skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Comfortable using CRM and sales reporting tools and basic productivity software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; relevant sales certifications are a plus.
