Revenue Management Analyst – Data‑Driven Insights

About the role

The Revenue Management Analyst joins IHG's Revenue Services Europe team to provide data‑driven insights that shape revenue strategy across the portfolio. You will work closely with Portfolio Revenue Managers to analyse performance, identify trends and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update the analytical tools and master templates used by the service.
• Develop new tools leveraging IHG internal and external databases to meet PRM needs.
• Prepare and refresh analytical reports on a weekly basis or as required.
• Track commercial growth strategies and measure revenue performance at multiple analysis levels.
• Identify key trends, strengths and weaknesses in revenue performance.
• Recommend strategic actions based on analytical findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in analytics or revenue‑management related roles.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with SQL, VBA, Google BigQuery and Microsoft Power Automate scripting.
• Experience using Tableau for data visualization.
