Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Rotational Shifts

About the role

The hospital is seeking a qualified MBBS graduate to join as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) on a rotational shift basis. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience across OPD, IPD and emergency services under senior consultant supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OPD, IPD and emergency patients, providing assessment, diagnosis and initial treatment.
• Participate in ward rounds, monitor patient progress and update clinical records.
• Handle medical emergencies promptly and ensure timely patient care.
• Maintain accurate case sheets, patient records and other clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with consultants, nursing staff and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, infection‑control measures and patient‑safety standards.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
• Active registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates and recently qualified doctors are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and learn within a multidisciplinary team.
