Project Manager – Marine Breakwaters

About the role

Reporting to the Marine & Infrastructure Division’s Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of international marine projects, overseeing budget, people and an agile work environment to ensure cost, time and performance targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Apply contemporary project management practices to deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Manage budgetary, commercial and risk aspects, forecast costs and revenues, and take corrective actions to achieve timely delivery within budget.
• Oversee contract, quality, health, safety and environmental compliance in line with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Lead procurement, construction planning, programming and scheduling, and authorize subcontractor engagement and variations.
• Maintain effective client relationships, resolve project issues and escalate strategic matters to the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum ten years of project management experience on large‑scale marine and infrastructure projects with a Tier 1 contractor, including at least two EPC marine breakwater projects.
• Proven financial literacy and contract management capability, with a track record of on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Strong commitment to QHSE and knowledge of marine construction safety requirements.
• High mobility and willingness to relocate to international project locations.
