About the role
We are looking for a motivated Pizzaïolo (or Pizzaïola) to join our kitchen team. The primary focus will be the preparation and cooking of a variety of pizzas, with occasional sandwich assembly. This position offers evening shifts in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and bake pizzas to company standards.
- Assemble and grill sandwiches when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
- Work independently and manage time effectively during each shift.
Required profile
- At least one successful experience in a similar pizza‑making role.
- Familiarity with pizza‑making processes and equipment.
- Ability to work autonomously and handle evening shifts.
- Availability to work Tuesday to Sunday evenings (4 hours per evening) with Monday off.
