Steward / Service Staff (Cafe)

About the role

Kohi Cafe is seeking friendly, energetic individuals to join its team as Stewards / Service Staff. In this position you will help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests while delivering prompt and professional table service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a courteous attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
• Explain menu items and help guests make selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and café staff to ensure timely service.
• Clear, reset, and arrange tables promptly.
• Address customer requests and concerns politely.
• Follow food‑safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
• Support the team during busy periods and special events.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, presentable, and customer‑oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; prior café or restaurant experience is an advantage.
