Middle East Sales Controller – Finance Role

About the role

As an active member of the sub‑region management team, the Middle East Sales Controller will monitor performance, drive efficiency and support finance operations across several countries.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, profitability and working capital.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with the regional controlling team.
• Support monthly and annual closings and statutory audits for SKF Eurotrade AB.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards.
• Act as Finance Manager for smaller legal entities such as SKF Pakistan, SKF Egypt and SKF Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee credit management across the sub‑region.
• Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to promote standardisation and efficiency.

Required profile

• CA qualification with a minimum of 10 + years of experience in a finance function.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international setting.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
