Junior Executive – Internal IT Support

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Executive – Internal IT Support to provide day‑to‑day IT support to employees and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and devices. The role involves handling hardware, software and network issues for a diverse user base in Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Assist with laptop/desktop deployment, maintenance, and Intune device enrollment.
• Troubleshoot printers, Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, and software license records.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and procurement.
• Assist with antivirus, MFA, and basic IT security requirements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support.
• Any Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
