IT Service Team Lead

About the role

The ITS Team Lead will supervise and mentor a high‑performing team responsible for identity and access management (IAM) across the organization. You will ensure secure provisioning, modification, and deactivation of user accounts while maintaining compliance with ITIL best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20+ associates, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Oversee user account provisioning, access permission changes, and de‑provisioning following the principle of least privilege.
• Manage incident resolution in line with ITIL processes and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct regular access reviews, quality audits, and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the IAM team and other business units, communicating status and requirements clearly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing teams of 20+ members.
• ITIL certification highly desirable.

Required skills

• ITIL framework and incident management.
• Active Directory administration, including user and group policy management.
• Network administration fundamentals (protocols, configurations, troubleshooting).
• Hands‑on experience with IAM tools for provisioning, role management, and access governance.
• Scripting knowledge for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
