Fashion Consultant – Premium Footwear Retail

About the role

As the face of our South Extension store, you will greet customers, understand their needs and help them find the perfect pair of premium footwear. If you love fashion, enjoy talking to people and are motivated by sales, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Provide every customer with a warm, personalised and unhurried shopping experience.
• Recommend footwear and styling based on fit, occasion and personal taste.
• Drive sales through strong product knowledge, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Work towards individual and store sales targets.
• Build relationships that encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain store and displays according to visual merchandising standards.
• Support daily operations such as POS billing, inventory checks and stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Confident, well‑groomed and professionally presented.
• Fluent Hindi and conversational English.
• Genuine interest in fashion, footwear and styling.
• Natural rapport‑builder with people.
• Comfortable with sales targets, proactive and eager to learn.
• Responsible, organised and at least 12th‑pass education.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; retail or footwear experience is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary of ₹22,500–₹27,000 per month (gross) based on experience.
• Sales incentives typically adding ₹4,000–₹5,000+ per month.
