About the role
As a Deputy Manager – HR Business Partner you will work closely with business leaders in Bosch’s Powertools division to shape the workforce strategy and drive talent initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the right talent is available, developing high‑performing teams and fostering a strong employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Workforce Planning – collaborate with leaders to forecast manpower needs, support succession planning and build a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Talent Management and Development – lead the Talent Review process, identify high‑potential talent, design job rotations, succession plans and internal mobility pathways.
- Performance Management – monitor performance processes, administer the Annual Salary Review and promote a culture of rewards and recognition.
- Employee Experience – guide managers in delivering end‑to‑end employee experience initiatives and analyse feedback scores across the business unit.
- People Champion – coach key talent and people managers, facilitate leadership growth and improve individual and team performance.
Required profile
- Strong partnership mindset with business leaders.
- Experience in workforce planning, talent review and performance management.
- Ability to coach and develop people managers.
