About the role
Satyam Venture Engineering Services is looking for an experienced Body Structures Engineer to work on Body‑in‑White (BIW) design for passenger and commercial vehicles. The role focuses on concept development, value engineering and the creation of CAD solutions for underbody structures.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to concept development, value analysis‑value engineering (VA‑VE) and innovative proposals for vehicle body structures.
- Support the design and development of Body Engineering CAD concepts and solutions for underbody, covering new product development for passenger and commercial vehicles.
Required profile
- 6‑10 years of experience in BIW design of upper‑body, under‑body and front‑end structures, with solid understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, stamping requirements and assembly sequences.
- Knowledge of AL‑PL layout, master sections, vehicle integration, packaging, concept creation and relevant regulations & homologation requirements.
